LIbertyCon 33 is a GO, for now!

Hi everyone, Brandy here! We just finished our March meeting and like every other convention, the COVID 19 crisis dominated the conversation. Long story short – right now we absolutely intend to have LibertyCon. While the Marriott has worked to rebook their April events, they fully intend to be up and running by May 1 if at all possible. So unless our contract is negated by the hotel, we’ll be there. If something changes, we’ll let everyone know as soon as possible. Our fandom family’s health is top priority so if we get closer to June and the recommendation is to cancel, that’s what we’ll do. We love you and want to see you healthy and ready to party in 2021!

Speaking of parties, it’s time to let us know if you plan on having a room party! I know, it sounds crazy with so many people stuck at home, doesn’t it? But here we are, so email me at brandy@libertycon.org and let me know what the name of the room party is, which night you’d like to have it and whose name the reservation is under.

As always, keep watching the website or Facebook for the latest news about LibertyCon.
